6-week series $600 –  One-hour sessions. Weekly meetings on subjects that include what to eat, portions, mindful eating, overcoming obstacles and changing your relationship with food.

8-week series $720 – One-hour sessions. Weekly meetings on subjects that include what to eat, portions, mindful eating, overcoming obstacles, SMART goals, ideas for success, your relationship with food meal planning.

12-week series $1020 – Program to change your behavior and habits – one-hour sessions with email check in and follow up. Weekly meetings on subjects that include what to eat, portions, mindful eating, overcoming obstacles, SMART goals, ideas for success, your relationship with food, Macros, moving your body, burning calories, rewards and more.
