It is our pleasure to recommend Robin Griffiths as a fitness instructor/personal trainer. We have worked with many fitness professionals over the years, and Robin's combination of personality and performance stand out above the crowd. While average trainers are able to deliver a decent workout session, Robin separates herself from the pack for three reasons : motivation, diversity, and flexibility in group settings.


Robin's brand of motivation is a fun but firm challenge. Not everyone responds to a drill sergeant, and Robin's approach is "if it is not enjoyable, you won't come back". This style of training delivers long-term results.


Nothing is more draining than the same work-out program, over and over. Imagination is a powerful tool, and Robin mixes up the offerings in such a way that address the intended objectives while keeping the interest of the class or individual.

Behavioral Change Coaching


No Commitment One Time Session

1 two-hour session $150

If you are thinking about a new direction and want to explore some thoughts or need someone to bounce ideas for an objective opinion then this is the plan for you.  This one time one-hour one-on-one session will help you sort it out.


Accountability Coaching

3 month package - 2 one-on-one sessions and 2 phone calls per month $450

This is for the person that wants to make change and needs to be accountable to stay on track. We will focus on the changes you want to achieve and the sabotaging habits you want to eliminate from your life.  This plan has 2 one-hour, one-one sessions and 2 thirty-minute follow up phone calls per month to keep you motivated.


Working on You Coaching

6 month package - 2 one-on-one sessions and 2 phone calls per month, homework assignments and planning $1500


This package is for the person wanting to create new direction life and desires to remove the things that are no longer serving their needs.  This six-month package is for 2 one-hour, one-on-one sessions with 2 thirty-minute follow up phone calls per month. This program will include homework task to accomplish with email follow ups and planning exercises.

Life Transitions

Robin works with people that are on a journey for change. Her work includes helping individuals though life’s transitions for self-improvement and to create personal balance.  She focuses on positive affirmations and stories during her one-one or class instruction. She has combined her professional coaching, group training and writing experience to work with the senior population.  Her positive attitude is infectious as she leads her personal training and classes helping others experience movement while having fun.


Classes available include Aqua Fit, Chair Yoga,  Stretch and Tone, Meditation, Motion Chi, Chair Dance, Into to workout equipment, Bootcamp, HIIT, Cardio and Low Impact Core.
